About Kristy

Thank you so much for visiting my website and wanting to learn more about me. My roots are here in Habersham County! My family, the Ivesters, settled in this area back in the 1800s. Our original family home is still occupied today by my grandmother and our family farm is still in operation which encompasses around 300 acres.

I graduated from Piedmont College, located in Demorest, in December of 2001 with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in marketing and advertising. I obtained my realtor’s license in June of 2002. I love doing Jazzercise, traveling, and watching the Atlanta Braves!!

I have worked in new construction housing, developments, vacant lot sales, resale housing, and farm lands. This area has so much to offer from new constructions housing to old farm land homesteads!

Living in northeast Georgia is great! We have 4 seasons throughout the year.
Springtime brings many different flowers that bloom to decorate the horizon with colors. Summer brings the sweet smell of freshly cut hay and long summer days on the porch.
Fall brings a chill in the air but warmly welcomes the falling colored leaves.
Winter sometimes brings a thin blanket of snow to excite everyone!
